After Hours Pop-Up started as a way for two chefs to provide what they always wished they had: good food that chefs could find after work. Chef Brendan Collins and Jenna Isaacs thought about all the things they could get their hands on after work: burgers, fried rice, Indian food, and well, Denny's, and decided to give those flavors a chance at being fine dining. Using all the techniques learned from Michelin starred restaurants and other high end eateries, the chefs are doing just that with an imaginative tasting menu series. The Pop-Ups move from place to place, taking over some of the best restaurants in town.
Do you accept walk ins?
*This is a tickets only event, and cannot accept walk ins! Once we're sold out, we're sold out.
Can I bring my own wine?
-Depending on our host venue's policy, you may or may not be able to. Additionally, their corkage fee may still apply. We also offer sommelier chosen wine pairings.
Can I bring my kids?
-The more the merrier. It's a late night dinner party, and their bed time is up to you.
Will there be a copy of the menu to take home?
-Yes, along with the wine pairings.
What do I do if I have food allergies?
-Please let us know in advance so we can accommodate! Unfortunately vegans may want to sit this one out, but we will be doing some vegetarian + vegan friendly pop ups soon.
Is there parking?
-Yes. Our venue has plenty of free parking space behind the building. There is also additional street parking.
What time does it end?
-Usually about 11PM.
